SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Broad technical knowledge of aircraft, Mission Planning, airborne electronic attack and weapons programs software system development and integration methods; 2) Providing consultation to mentor, motivate, guide and lead junior and senior professional engineering personnel; 3) Providing overall management and technical direction of a workforce, processes and products; 4) Ability to administer management policies and procedures, and to coordinate functions between various groups to accomplish intended goals; and 5) Delivering excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to supervise personnel, administer management policies and procedures, and to coordinate functions between various groups.
