SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER
About this role
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized qualifications at or equivalent to the (NM-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent background in the private or public sector. Specialized qualifications must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Applying senior-level technical knowledge and executing engineering initiatives pertaining to Flight Controls systems and related engineering; 2) Serving as a technical authority in Flight Controls engineering airworthiness criteria and design standards for defense aviation platforms; 3) Delivering engineering practices and principles related to Flight Controls and Flight Critical software and hardware, including implementing design standards and test and evaluation techniques; and 4) Leading teams, presenting complex engineering concepts to leadership, and partnering across organizations to provide technology and acquisition solutions.
