Specialized Experience for GS-13: One year of specialized experience which includes: Experience applying professional engineering and contracting technical expertise to the coordination of engineering responsibilities in the solicitation preparation, selection evaluation, negotiation, and award of Architect-Engineer specific service contracts to ensure accuracy of designs and obligations.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
