WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Advising senior leaders on identity intelligence policies (screening, vetting, targeting) and governing legal frameworks ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.
Leading and guiding a team of identity intelligence analysts (all-source analysts working a vetting or targeting mission); effectively conducting performance reviews and delivering actionable and constructive feedback that improved officers' performance and deliverables. Reviewing/editing and delivering analysis and actionable intelligence - ensuring clarity, timeliness, and usability of information - to support intelligence operations and law enforcement investigations, strengthening mission outcomes and organizational decision-making.
Leading outreach efforts to build and maintain constructive, collaborative relationships with the Intelligence Community, Law Enforcement, and other national security stakeholders across the identity intelligence and CI investigative mission space.
