SUPERVISORY INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS MANAGER-ALTERNATE HIRING AUTHORITY
About this role
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this position is a seasoned leader with mastery-level knowledge of the full spectrum of intelligence operations, functions, and policies. This individual will possess expert-level proficiency in personnel management, including EEO and security regulations, coupled with a comprehensive ability to plan, direct, and mentor a diverse staff through subordinate supervisors. We are seeking a superb strategist who can analyze and adjust work operations to meet objectives within available resources.
The perfect candidate will have masterful communication skills, both oral and written, enabling them to resolve complex problems, author concise intelligence products, and deliver compelling presentations to senior decisionmakers. Furthermore, the candidate must demonstrate a mastery-level ability to manage classified materials, rapidly analyze disparate information to make sound and timely recommendations under pressure, and effectively justify their assessments based on mature judgment and extensive experience.
In order to qualify, you must meet the quality experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position.

Comprehensive ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors.
