Provide course descriptions as necessary. Specialized Experience Requirement: For the GS-15 level: Applicants must have one-year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14. Qualifying specialized experience is defined as three or more of the following: Leading a multidisciplinary team responsible for planning and implementing upgrades to enterprise IT infrastructure services across a geographically dispersed agency environment; and/or Serving as a technical advisor to senior executives on integrating major IT programs with enterprise governance processes; and/or Managing the full lifecycle of complex IT programs supporting national mission delivery, including requirements development, acquisition planning, implementation oversight, and performance evaluation; and/or Supervising teams responsible for delivering critical IT infrastructure operations, including hosting, platforms, storage, and enterprise web services; and/or Providing coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution support to subordinate supervisors and technical staff.
