SUPERVISORY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (NETWORK/INFOSEC)
About this role
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyze business needs and design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise software solutions that improve organizational effectiveness; 2) Lead complex technology projects by defining requirements, guiding technical decisions, coordinating stakeholders, and resolving technical challenges; 3) Manage AWS-hosted application environments and infrastructure supporting Liferay and other enterprise web platforms to ensure secure and reliable operations.
4) Direct the development, modernization, and maintenance of public-facing and internal websites, web applications, and digital services. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.1) Attention to Detail-Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. IT related experience demonstrating this competency includes: Reviewing the information technology-related work of others to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with standards.

IT related experience demonstrating this competency includes: Providing feedback to personnel and customers regarding the execution and scope of work being performed. 3) Oral Communication-Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
