Specialized Experience Requirement: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level.
Specialized experience is defined as three or more of the following: providing functional expertise, analysis, and advice for information technology (IT) interface decisions, integrated processes, and operational considerations; and/or recommending changes, updates, or adoption of services to optimize functionality of IT services to meet anticipated customer needs and mission requirements for the future; and/or analyzing the efficiency of IT systems and applications and developing plans that ensured the integrity, availability and efficiency of data, network, systems and applications; and/or developing and interpreting policies, procedures, and strategies governing the planning and delivery of IT services.
In addition to the qualification requirements above, applicants must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the following competencies: (1).
