Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Design or project development management, such as resolving quality, schedule, or technical issues; 2) Oversee Architect/Engineer (A/E) contracts, such as, the award of task orders or modifications, design/drawing reviews, meeting with A/E firms; 3) Supervision of subordinate professional employees.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). Selective Placement Factor: The duties of this position requires the incumbent to possess a Professional Engineers' or Architect License. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Building and Construction Human Resources Management Written Communication Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
