SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER

About this role

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (GS-13 grade level equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying advanced, professional engineering principles to the management of complex projects, systems, or infrastructure within an industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environment. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying engineering principles to the design, analysis, installation, or maintenance of industrial systems or equipment (such as weight handling equipment, industrial facilities, or manufacturing machinery).

Resolving technical problems by interpreting engineering drawings and specifications and providing technical recommendations to stakeholders. Managing engineering projects by planning, scheduling, or coordinating the work of technical teams to meet project goals. Developing or reviewing technical documentation, such as engineering studies or test procedures, to ensure technical adequacy and compliance with standards. Providing mentorship to other engineers or technical personnel and leading project teams on engineering-related tasks.
