Military Grades: Warrant Officer (W1/WO1 - W5/CW5) or a Commissioned Officer (O2/1LT - O3/CPT) GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have experience to serve as a supervisor with technical and administrative supervisory responsibilities to include the oversight of subordinate staff performing work related to a wide spectrum of pay operations. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have at least 12 months of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-11 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government? This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated.

This experience must include activities such as: Exercising supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Experience Manages, directs, and executes wide spectrum pay operations. Experience ensuring the accurate processing of payroll, debts, and miscellaneous entitlements, while applying quality assurances techniques. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed.
