A qualified candidate must possess the following: Supervisory experience that demonstrates the ability to plan and organize work, analyze problems, identify significant factors, gather pertinent data and instruct and guide others in implementing required solutions.

Required experience must be equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower grade. Demonstrate ability to produce process improvements within short and changing deadlines. Experience demonstrates leadership and ability to change. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing through the delivery of formal presentations and reports. Demonstrated ability to evaluate program effectiveness and compliance with policies and procedures.

Knowledge of Financial Management concepts, principles, and processes. Knowledge of Financial Management concepts, principles, and processes (budgeting, internal / management controls, statistical analysis, productivity improvement, performance effectiveness, benchmarking. Preferred: Working knowledge of non-appropriated fund practices, regulations and guidance materials. Completion of a bachelor's degree in a discipline closely related to the duties to be performed.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Working knowledge of non-appropriated fund practices, regulations and guidance materials AND have you successfully completed a bachelor's degree in a discipline closely related to the duties to be performed Experience and transcripts MUST be reflected on your Resume at the time of application to be considered for Standard and/or Highly Qualified for this position.
