SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience prescribing procedures governing preparation/ administration of the budget. Experience developing budget plans. Experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating estimates; prepare/adjudicate issue papers.

Experience reviewing and assisting in planning and programming guidance development with specific emphasis on civilian manpower aspects, including substitution of civilians for military billets. Experience reviewing and evaluating civilian manpower aspects and making recommendations, as appropriate.
