SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting financial policies, regulations, and practices to provide guidance on fiduciary compliance; 2) Formulating budget, cost estimates, and support plans for competency and program budgets; 3) Performing and advising on work in various phases of budget administration; 4) Utilizing a financial system of record (i.e.

Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)) to extract, analyze, and interpret business and financial reports/data; 5) Applying knowledge of cost and trend analysis to make recommendations for improving forecasted program workload and resource requirements; and 6) Monitoring spend plans and execution of funding, including maintenance of associated records in financial management systems.
