Specialized Experience for GS-12: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Review civil work and/or hydrographic survey projects plans, specifications, cost estimates, and/or schedules; 2) Provide guidance on cost, equipment, and/or performance assurance of surveying processes; 3) Serve as a technical advisor on hydrographic survey procedures and/or standards; and 4) communicate with internal and external stakeholders on civil works and/or hydrographic survey functions of an organization.
