About this role

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing business operations in a government industrial, manufacturing, or production environment. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying management principles to plan, schedule, resource, and execute projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Managing budgets, allocating resources, or applying financial stewardship principles in compliance with federal acquisition or fiscal regulations. Leading teams in the analysis of industrial processes or business workflows to identify and implement process improvements. Analyzing cost, schedule, or quality performance data to evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations to leadership. Mentoring other specialists, leading project teams, or providing technical oversight on business and industrial operations.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
