To qualify for this position at the GS-14 grade level, candidates must meet the following specialized experience by the closing date of this announcement. EXPERIENCE: Candidates must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) (obtained in either the public or private sectors). This experience must include all of the following: Mentors & provide guidance to staff relating to building management functions; AND Implements program changes to facilities, facility maintenance & facility construction; AND Resolves customer complaints related to the building environment and operations.
