Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Specialized Experience: Your resume must contain one year of specialized experience which includes: (1) Conduct studies of budgetary trends and anomalies (review of guidance and policy) to verify and validate the Army's Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Foreign Military Financing (FMF) budget; (2) Advise on programmatic financial and budgetary status to ensure the budget execution of FMS funding; (3) Allocate funds to individual organizations, programs, or requirements based on an analysis of budget estimates, historical expenditures, projected workload, and approved funding; (4) Identify and resolve financial/budget problems to lessen the impact on program status and budgetary restraints; (5) Analyze budgetary guidance, policies, and regulations to ensure program requirements are met; AND (6) Supervise, assign work to, and mentor financial/budget analysts on FMS and FMF execution.
