About this role

In addition to the basic entry education requirements, you must have specialized experience and/or directly related education as described below: To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as providing technical/scientific advice or participating on a research team to develop principles, criteria, methods and data; participating in developing, evaluating, and maintaining predictive models to predict human health and environmental effects of chemicals on humans and/or animals; and coaching, mentoring or leading others.

To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as providing technical/scientific advice or overseeing a multidisciplinary team that conducts research to develop principles, criteria, methods and data; developing, evaluating, and maintaining predictive models to predict human health and environmental effects of chemicals on humans and/or animals; and establishing and/or monitoring performance measures to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and progress of a team.
