About this role

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (or GS-11 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, leading teams or projects in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying management and organizational principles to oversee production in an industrial plant or manufacturing environment, including lifting, handling, or crane operations.

Experience monitoring production activities, analyzing problems, and making recommendations that balance mission interests with stakeholder needs. Experience contributing to production plans by compiling customer requirements, engineering designs, or process data to support manufacturing operations. Experience analyzing or reviewing lifting and handling plans to ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
