CREATE AN IMPACT BY SHAPING THE WORLD OF EDUCATION! Amplify is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Experience Intern to join our team this summer and help us build exceptional experiences for the educators, students, and families who use our innovative educational products.

This paid, remote 10-week internship offers the chance to make a real impact on products used by millions of students and teachers. If you're comfortable with customer research, feedback synthesis, and structured problem-solving, and you're genuinely curious about how user insights drive product experience and long-term impact, this could be a perfect fit for you. The ideal candidate will love digging into complex information, bring a collaborative, ask-questions-first energy to your work, and feel excited to help shape experiences that move the needle for K–12 learners.

Though remote, interns will join a 2-day in-person experience at Amplify HQ in Brooklyn, NY. Throughout the program, interns will engage with Amplify's culture via product demos, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives, plus grow through a virtual speaker series featuring Amplify executives, additional product demos, and dedicated mentorship. While our summer intern roles are remote positions, interns must be authorized to work in the US, reside in the US for the internship's duration, and be available full-time for the entire program, June 7 – August 13, 2027.
