We are seeking a licensed Structural Project Engineer with strong technical skills and a desire to grow their leadership skills. In this role, you'll work with a team of experienced engineers to deliver projects, solve complex challenges, and take on increasing responsibility in project planning, coordination, and technical decision making. Primary duties and responsibilities: Design industrial facility modifications and new structures by developing calculations, quantity estimates, and construction documents for concrete, steel, and masonry systems.
Evaluate existing facilities and structures through assessments, inspections, and repair design to support safe, reliable operations. Partner with owners, plant personnel, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical solutions that align with operational and project goals. Lead project execution by managing deliverables, schedule, budgets, and technical quality from concept through construction. Solve complex engineering challenges by applying advanced analysis, innovative approaches, and continuous improvement of design practices.
