Strategic Financial Analyst, FP&A

We're looking for a Strategic Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team in a role built around business partnership. This isn't a back-office reporting seat — you'll sit at the table with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and key functional stakeholders, translating financial data into insight that shapes real decisions. You'll be the analytical backbone behind planning, forecasting, and performance conversations, while acting as a trusted advisor who challenges assumptions, surfaces risks and opportunities, and helps leaders see around corners.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building a rigorous financial model and presenting its implications to a VP or C-suite executive — someone who can move fluidly between the details and the "so what.
