Provide sharp strategic insights that help leadership make better and faster decisions. As Strategic Associate, you act as the right hand to the CFO, supporting the Management Team and partner group with analyses, scenarios and clear narratives.

You translate data, market developments and strategic plans into actionable insights that directly contribute to the growth and positioning of Marktlink. At Marktlink, you are not just analyzing, you take ownership. You challenge assumptions, think ahead and proactively identify opportunities to build what’s next for our organization. Your responsibilities Conduct strategic analyses that directly support the Strategic Plan and growth decisions such as new markets, labels and international expansion; Translate complex data and strategies into clear insights and compelling presentations for partners and management; Advise and challenge the CFO, Managing Partners and Management Team on strategic priorities and positioning; Prepare partner meetings and MT sessions where strategy, performance and ambitions are discussed; Act as sparring partner to the CFO by shaping analyses, scenarios and strategic storylines; Benchmark competitors, consultancies and market developments to identify opportunities and risks; Support investment decisions and long-term growth initiatives; Contribute to building a strong internal strategic narrative across the organization.
