About this role

Providing strategic leadership for the organization's hospice compliance program, the full-time State Licensed Compliance Director will manage regulatory oversight, audit governance, and corrective action management while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the hospice compliance strategy in partnership with the VP of Compliance and Quality Oversee the Clinical Compliance and Audit sub-team, managing audit functions and ensuring compliance with Medicare and state regulations Manage the corrective action lifecycle, from root cause analysis to resolution, and ensure effective policy governance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Active RN license is required Clinical background in hospice or home health is required Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare hospice Conditions of Participation and CMS audit processes
