Job Overview: The Neo4j Startup Program is a technical startup program that enables the success of high-growth startups from ideation to IPO. The program gives startups access to the best technical database for their rapidly scaling ventures, and is differentiated by being “founder first.” We always have the founder's perspective and point of view in everything we do and implement.
The Startup Program Manager will be a program specialist joining at the ground floor of the program’s growth. This role involves setup and optimizing scalable program processes, including acceptances and support communications, as well as new program initiatives, including managing and building our startup program partner community. Key Responsibilities: Build and operate programs to support early-stage startups at scale.
Manage and optimize application acceptance workflows. Act as front-line communications to the startup community by directing questions and providing answers. Support monthly and quarterly reporting and analytics needs. Help to build and nurture our growing partner community as well as our startup ecosystem. Manage co-marketing opportunities with our startup community and coordinate content creation. Work with our systems teams to improve internal processes.
