About the Role The Starlink Resale Manager is a foundational role within Armada’s Customer Success organization, focused on delivering best-in-class customer success for our growing customer base. You will serve as a primary operational point of contact for Starlink Reseller accounts, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, fast issue resolution, and consistent communication, while partnering closely with Account Managers, Customer Success Engineers, and Account Executives to support broader account health, retention, and growth.
Location: Remotely based in the US Key Responsibilities Order Management & Fulfillment Serve as the primary point of contact for Starlink Reseller order intake, processing, and status tracking, ensuring accuracy and speed across the ordering lifecycle. Coordinate with internal provisioning, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely activation and delivery of Starlink hardware and service orders. Monitor order queues and proactively flag delays, discrepancies, or fulfillment risks to prevent disruption to reseller operations.
