📋 Description Lead delivery of complex engineering initiatives while driving predictable execution and long-term Architect and implement highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems using AWS Architect and lead greenfield projects from concept to production, bringing structure to ambiguous Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across multiple systems and services while Evaluate emerging technologies, cloud services, and engineering practices to improve platform Lead architecture and design reviews for complex cross-team systems and platform capabilities 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade, internet-scale Strong proficiency in modern backend technologies including GoLang, Python, and Node.js Deep hands-on AWS experience across services such as EKS, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS Strong experience with PostgreSQL/Aurora and MongoDB including schema design, indexing, and Verified skill in developing and maintaining distributed, highly available, fault-tolerant systems Experience deploying observability and monitoring solutions using tools such as CloudWatch 🎁 Benefits Paid time off Retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes) Bonus/incentive eligibility Equity grants Participation in employee stock purchase plan Competitive health benefits
