About this role
About IONOS At IONOS, we don't just manage servers – we shape the digital future for more than 6.2 million customers worldwide with our solutions. As Europe's leading hosting provider and a pioneer in independent cloud solutions, we are building next-generation infrastructure – from sovereign cloud architectures and high-performance GPU clusters to integrated AI automation tools. What drives us is digital sovereignty for Europe and real impact for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) as well as large enterprises.
We work in agile teams, rely on transparent structures, and believe that excellence and innovation only emerge through true team spirit. Ready for your next step? Become part of IONOS and grow with us. You know programmatic inside out and want to own your channel area, not just run it? With us you shape programmatic video, CTV and paid social for our brand campaigns across several brands and markets, and make them faster and better with AI workflows.
Tasks You own programmatic video, CTV, online video and paid social for our brand campaigns across several brands and markets, from channel strategy and setup to ongoing optimisation. You develop budget and channel planning for your channels, including performance forecasts, and feed your recommendations into the overall media plan. You negotiate and manage deals with streaming publishers and sales houses, e.g. private marketplaces, programmatic guaranteed and direct deals.
You set standards for tracking, taxonomy and testing in your channels, such as brand lift and creative tests, and make sure all markets follow them. You build and run AI-powered workflows for setup, reporting and optimisation, from first idea to day-to-day operation. Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in digital media management, agency or advertiser side, with a focus on programmatic video, CTV or online video.
Solid hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360 or The Trade Desk, with CM360 and ad servers, and with paid social video on Meta, YouTube and TikTok. Deep understanding of video inventory, auction mechanics, deal types and CTV specifics such as frequency capping and viewability. Experience in independent budget and channel planning across several markets, including forecasting and reporting with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
