Staff Clinical Product Specialist Role The Staff Clinical Product Specialist will provide clinical leadership at the intersection of patient safety, clinical documentation, and AI-enabled product development. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, and clinical review teams, this leader will help ensure our solutions are clinically sound, our AI-generated clinical content is evaluated rigorously, and emerging risks are translated into clear product priorities.
This role will oversee key and human-in-the-loop initiatives, including AI error monitoring and root cause analysis, our Trust & Safety reviewer performance, clinical error taxonomy and severity definitions, and clinical evaluation of adversarial detection systems. The Senior Manager will also supervise clinical specialist work and help turn clinical findings into actionable insights for cross-functional teams. **This role is fully remote within the US** What You’ll Do Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on clinical decisions related to Trust & Safety, error-detection modules, and root cause analysis.
Monitor errors in AI-generated clinical summaries and notes using human annotations, AI surveillance, and client feedback; quantify, categorize, and report trends to internal stakeholders. Create and validate automated root cause analyses of AI errors and conduct manual root cause analysis when needed. Collaborate with product teams to review error trends, define needed repairs, inform prioritization, and escalate urgent patient-safety risks.
