Sr Technical Product Manager

And that's where you come in: Instructure is seeking a collaborative and experienced Senior Product Manager to champion our shared components and cross-product initiatives across the business.

You will shepherd cross-product programs tied to core services that govern customer configuration, platform management, security initiatives and more. In this highly collaborative role, you will own the product roadmaps, working hand-in-hand with other product managers, engineering teams, UX/UI designers, customers, legal counsel, and compliance officers. You will act as a strategic partner to other product development teams, understanding their needs and empowering them with technical services and best practices in platform development strategy.

You’ll use AI to streamline development, design, and delivery as well as look for opportunities to bring AI features to market. In short, you’ll enjoy the ability to deliver with an aligned engineering team while also embracing the challenge of achieving success through collaborative efforts. Responsibilities: - Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for our cross-product platform services capabilities and features; aligning with overall business goals and regulatory requirements, developed in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

- Shared Services Management: Proactively engage with internal development teams to identify, prioritize, and define the development of reusable components, libraries, and patterns that promote consistency, efficiency, and compliance across our products, acting as a key partner in their development workflows. - Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong working relationships and effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders across engineering, design, legal, compliance, and executive teams, actively soliciting feedback and incorporating it into the product development process.
