Designing, building and maintaining a smart, automated and AI-enabled people journey - from Being the technical owner and orchestrator of our HR tech stack: evaluating and enhancing it Owning the non-Finance side of payroll, invoicing, contract administration, and compliance end to Owning data privacy and recordkeeping, and the day-to-day relationship with our EOR vendor.

Owning configuration and troubleshooting of our hiring tooling, so hiring managers can run their 🎯 Requirements Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Has built and owned sophisticated automations (Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and the like) as a core part Has managed payroll, compliance, or HR operations across multiple countries, ideally through an Has deep, hands-on HRIS experience.
