Director, Procurement to lead and scale our Global Procurement function. This person will oversee the end-to-end Procurement process, including sourcing, category strategy, and managing vendor relationships across multiple spend categories and geographies, leading a team of 2 direct reports. In this role, you'll create and manage a procurement strategy that supports company goals, manages compliance risk without slowing the business down, and positions procurement as a trusted partner to the business through clear, practical processes.
You'll lead and develop the Procurement team while building the metrics and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into performance and spend. This role is a strong fit for someone who can balance strategy and execution, drive continuous improvement and automation, and build strong relationships across the company. What You’ll Do Lead Procurement as a strategic business lever, owning both its strategic direction and operational execution.
This spans requisition-to-PO, high-value negotiations, category strategy, and early stakeholder engagement across the buying cycle. In partnership with business leaders, build a unified Procurement operating model that spans our global operations and scales with the business. Lead high-value vendor negotiations and contract renewals, including stakeholder reviews with senior and executive leadership, driving measurable cost savings and favorable terms across key spend categories.
Own the vendor lifecycle — from onboarding and due diligence through performance evaluations, service and quality standards, and risk mitigation. Build an AI-first procurement function, proactively identifying where automation, AI tooling, and modern workflows can reduce manual work, shorten cycle times, and free the team to focus on higher-value decisions like negotiations and strategy. Establish SLAs, KPIs, and reporting that give stakeholders and leadership clear visibility into procurement savings, financial performance, and spend.
