Sr. Director Network Administration (Remote - US Base)

Sutherland is looking for a Sr. Director Network Administration (Remote - US Base). This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the Americas region’s network strategy, design, operation, and improvement of corporate and cloud networks for all of Sutherlands Business Units. This individual will manage a team of network engineers in our Americas region and be accountable for the design, management, upgrade, implementation strategy and stability of our wireless/wired networks, firewalls, switches, and cloud environment.

Accountability extends to maintaining our network security which includes the definition, reporting, and documentation of our network architecture and compliance with peer standards in our other regions. This individual will partner with our Global Network Teams, Server teams and other IT organizations as required to perform associated duties. This position will also work with our vendors and Business team members to design and deliver network services to support and enable Sutherland Business units and its clients.

This includes proactive scanning, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, managing hardware/software upgrades, Information Security Management as it relates to network infrastructure and actioning urgent response requirements as needed. Responsibilities: Senior Director of Network Services summary of job function: Network Security, LAN, WAN, and Wireless architecture design and implementation for all Sutherland Network Operations support for APAC region.

Provide management and technical direction for team of network engineers. Ensure the network meets availability, reliability, security, and performance requirements. Research and define network hardware and software standards with peers for Sutherland Network. Develop/Update network related policies, procedures and processes. Standardize network configuration across all Americas regions. Management and Development of Network Operation Strategy Develop and Manage network designs and build from multiple infrastructure projects to ensure appropriate delivery, reliability, redundancy, safety, security, scalability, and sustainability with contingency planning for growth design strategies for Sutherland.
