Amsterdam | Full-time | Hybrid Based at our Amsterdam, Netherlands office. This is hybrid role that requires candidate to work Monday and Wednesday in our office , with the option to work Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from home. Our o ffice hours are 0900hrs - 1730hrs Monday to Friday. Candidates should have relevant "right to work" in Netherlands. The Role As a Customer & Key Account Specialist for Red Wing Heritage Europe, you will play a central role in delivering an outstanding customer experience across our European markets.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, agents, distributors, and retail partners, ensuring smooth order processing, effective communication, and excellent service. In addition to supporting our wholesale and retail network, you will help further develop and optimize our recently launched e-commerce platform, contributing directly to the continued growth of the business. Working closely with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams, you will make a tangible impact on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and commercial success throughout Europe.
Manage and grow relationships with European accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and agents. Lead order fulfilment activities, including order processing, scheduling, warehousing, and transportation, while supporting sales, marketing, product development, credit, and customer service initiatives. What You'll Do Manage the complete order lifecycle, from order placement through delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, retail partners, and European agents.
Act as the main point of contact for inquiries related to orders, deliveries, products, and account management. Support and help grow our European e-commerce operations, including: Order processing Inventory management Product setup and maintenance Return management Website content updates Database administration Coordination with logistics partners Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
