Sourcing Program Manager

Managing sourcing initiatives from a remote location, the full-time Sourcing Program Manager will develop and execute strategies for purchasing, collaborate with stakeholders, and oversee budget management to enhance supply chain efficiency in a healthcare setting. Key responsibilities Support strategic sourcing initiatives by conducting product research and cost analysis Manage sourcing initiatives, including RFP development, proposal evaluations, and supplier management Collaborate with legal and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and improve sourcing processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, or Healthcare (required) Master's degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Analytics, or Nursing (preferred) 5 years of progressive experience in sourcing for large health systems Experience in contract negotiation and supplier management Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet modeling
