Solution Consultant

Everbridge is a global SaaS company specializing in critical communications and enterprise safety solutions. Our technology helps organizations communicate quickly, coordinate effectively, and protect their people during critical events and operational disruptions. As a Solution Consultant, you’ll become a trusted partner to large-scale customers, helping them maximize the value of the Everbridge platform. You’ll guide clients through deployment, adoption, training, ongoing optimization, and issue resolution combining project coordination, technical consulting, and customer success.

You’ll also serve as the customer advocate within Everbridge, ensuring feedback reaches the teams best positioned to act on it. Working closely with clients, Account Management, Operations, Product, and Engineering, you’ll help deliver solutions that are reliable, well adopted, and aligned with business needs. This is a remote, home-based role open to candidates anywhere in Hungary.
