Solution Architect (Remote)

About this role

RainFocus, one of the most innovative software companies, is in search of an exceptional Solution Architect. About RainFocus RainFocus cares about its employees, customers, and the world in which we live. Our rapidly growing team serves Fortune 500 companies like Adobe, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, VMware, and others to prepare and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, across the world. Those events are delivered through our industry-disrupting software platform, with groundbreaking business intelligence, to elevate the attendee experience, streamline event operations, and accelerate marketing results.

We are well-funded, growing fast, and building a company that is changing the market — it will be challenging, fun and exciting. Role Summary The Solution Architect (SA) is a critical member of the RainFocus Client Success organization and the senior-most technical resource within the implementation consulting IC track. Once an implementation begins, the SA owns the overall architecture of the client's event program — aligning platform design and configuration with the client's strategic business objectives and ensuring that the implemented solution is scalable, innovative, and built to last.

Solution Architects are trusted advisors to executive-level client stakeholders. They lead discovery and solution design, guide complex integrations, provide oversight across multi-event portfolios, and serve as technical thought leaders within the Client Success organization. Beyond their own engagements, they mentor Solution Consultants, contribute to process and methodology improvement, and represent RainFocus's implementation expertise through thought leadership and client advocacy.
