We're bringing teams together across the UK and Europe, so you'll help shape how we work as one team, alongside experienced engineering and product leaders, on a product with real strategic importance to the business. About the role We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team within Flex and help us build the right products in the right way.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you'll be responsible for creating a high-performing engineering environment where people can thrive, grow, and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers. This is not a delivery management role. We're looking for a technically credible engineering leader who can coach engineers, challenge technical decisions, drive engineering quality, and partner closely with Product to shape solutions that solve real customer problems.

You'll lead a team of around 7-8 engineers and work closely with the Flex Product Director, fellow Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, and the wider leadership team. You'll play a key role in strengthening the partnership between Engineering and Product, ensuring teams remain focused on delivering commercially valuable outcomes rather than simply shipping features. As the Flex and DSR organisations continue to integrate, you'll also help shape the future team model and contribute to the growth and evolution of the wider engineering organisation.
