About the role As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced software solutions.

You will be responsible for leading projects, participating in strategic technology decision-making, and mentoring less experienced team members. Your expertise in programming and software engineering will be essential for achieving project goals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. This role is based in Madrid, Spain. What will you be doing? Designing system architectures and developing complex software components while considering both functional and non-functional requirements.

Creating high-quality software code in accordance with industry best practices and standards. Managing software testing processes, identifying and resolving issues, and optimizing system performance and scalability. Delivering cloud-oriented API-based components and microservices adhering to the highest engineering standards. Mentoring junior team members by providing technical support, guidance, and sharing knowledge and experience to facilitate their professional growth.

Influencing team direction and task prioritization. Tackling complex problems requiring deep analysis and evaluation of diverse factors. Collaborating closely with other departments, such as production teams, and management, to ensure solution consistency and compliance. Engaging in effective cooperation with team members. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Inspiring and facilitating constructive discussions around complex topics.
