📋 Description Own key projects end-to-end as the Directly Responsible Individual, driving stablecoin-based money Build backend systems, infrastructure, and internal/external APIs that enable businesses and Partner with Product, Design, Infrastructure, and Compliance to translate requirements into robust Execute performance, scalability, and reliability improvements across distributed systems. Support the team's engineering quality through code reviews, architectural best practices, and 🎯 Requirements 2+ years of software engineering experience building and operating backend systems, ideally in Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Go, Java) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP).

Hands-on experience designing distributed systems and APIs. Experience integrating with or building on blockchain or crypto technologies such as stablecoins Demonstrated ability to write technical design documents and communicate architecture trade-offs.
