Social Media Marketing Intern

About this role

Your Impact As a Social Media Marketing Intern at Gymondo, you will support our marketing team in building and developing our social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will contribute your own ideas, learn about the operational and strategic management of our channels, and take on real responsibilities from the start — from content ideas to implementation and performance analysis. What You Will Achieve You will assist in the development and implementation of Gymondo's social media strategy on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts You will help create and maintain editorial plans aligned with our brand and marketing goals You will create and edit video content and develop platform-specific formats You will support the coordination of post-production, write captions, and plan content distribution You will collaborate on social media projects — from concept to publication — and accompany campaigns, product launches, and feature releases You will assist with social media reporting for events and fitness productions and help on-site with content creation You will manage the Gymondo community on our channels, moderate comments and messages, and contribute to building a positive, inclusive community You will monitor social media trends and platform updates and bring your own ideas for new content formats You will help with tracking and analyzing content performance and learn to translate insights into concrete actions What Makes You Stand Out Must-have Student in Marketing, Communication, or a related field Initial experience with or strong interest in social media, video content, and storytelling Basic knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube Creative, proactive working style with a strong hands-on mentality Good organizational and time management skills Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken Nice-to-have Initial experience with video editing apps (CapCut, Edits, TikTok, etc.) Interest in paid social or boosting organic content Basic knowledge of social media analytics or project management tools Passion for fitness, wellbeing, and a healthy lifestyle People Who Make a Difference Gymondo is one of the leading digital platforms for fitness and nutrition in the German-speaking region — with over 2,000 workouts, holistic training programs, and smart nutrition plans.
