About this role
Help more people find support. Bring communities together. Build a movement for change. Changing Faces is entering a new strategic chapter, with a community-focussed service model, clear campaign priorities and a focus on diversifying income. Join us to put communications at the heart of this work – growing our audience and reaching more people with visible difference. You’ll work alongside our campaigners and the wider visible difference community to co-create content and campaigns that get people’s attention, raise awareness and inspire more people to connect with Changing Faces.
You’ll lead our social media channels and deliver two key campaign moments, growing our audience and helping more people engage with services and fundraising. Working with colleagues across the organisation, and with the community, you’ll create engaging content and help build a safe, empowering space for people to connect. You’ll also support our national and regional media work and help the fundraising team bring appeals to life.
