The Opportunity We are seeking an Affiliate Specialist to support the growth and performance of SharkNinja’s presence on Social Commerce sites in the Benelux. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and execution of Social Commerce strategies—working closely with internal teams and creators to drive product visibility, engagement, and revenue.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-priority social commerce channel at an innovative, consumer-first brand. Key Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day execution of SharkNinja’s Social commerce affiliate programme in the Benelux by identifying, onboarding and engaging creators and partners that align with brand objectives. Assist in the delivery of affiliate campaigns designed to drive product visibility, engagement, and sales, following direction set by the TikTok Shop lead.

Maintain close communication with affiliate creators, offering timely support, responses to business-as-usual questions, performance insights, and creative guidance to optimise results. Monitor affiliate performance using TikTok Shop’s native analytics and internal dashboards and other platforms when relevant, flagging trends and insights to the Affiliate Manager for optimisation. Manage administrative tasks such as partner tracking, commission setup, content approvals and compliance checks, ensuring accurate execution and reporting.
