You will lead a global team of architects, engineers, and solution consultants—shaping how we design, build, and scale mission-critical commerce platforms for our largest clients.

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise commerce architecture, active sales engagement, and talent leadership. You will be expected to command deep, hands-on knowledge of the Shopify Plus ecosystem and the broader technology stack that surrounds it—including ERP integrations, enterprise search, customer data platforms, and headless commerce patterns—and translate that expertise into winning proposals, trusted client partnerships, and a world-class team.
