To strengthen our team in the Czech Republic, we are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Shop Employee (m/f/d) for our FlixBus shop at the Florenc bus station in Prague . You will support the day-to-day running of the shop , deliver high-quality service to our passengers , and help ensure smooth operations throughout your shift .

This is a full-time , permanent position , working on a shift basis across the full week , including weekdays and weekends . NB: Please submit your CV in English. About the Role Process ticket reservations, cancellations, and changes accurately using our sales and reservation systems Provide high-quality service to passengers, assisting with check-in and offering clear travel information Handle cash and card payments reliably, ensuring correct daily reconciliation Monitor bus departures and arrivals, and communicate any delays or changes to passengers Support smooth day-to-day station operations in coordination with colleagues and station teams Help resolve passenger questions and issues calmly and professionally during busy periods About You Experience in customer service and cash handling Reliable, energetic, and a strong team player who contributes to a positive shift atmosphere Proactive and self-motivated, taking ownership of tasks and working independently when needed Strong communication skills Comfortable with MS Office, smartphones, web applications, and reservation systems is an advantage Flexible to work shifts from Monday to Sunday , with alternating short and long week schedules <span style="font-size
