About this role
As a Shift Engineer at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Maintenance team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests. Primary Responsibilities Include Perform routine maintenance across all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and carry out minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
Monitor and inspect building systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and early identification of issues. Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests, resolving issues to a high service standard.
