About this role

Administration of SharePoint farms and SharePoint Online and other related services Maintenance of SharePoint servers Acting as 2nd line of support, processing related tickets for SharePoint farms in different environments (production, testing, development) Troubleshooting reported incidents and problems and updating status of open requests in the ticketing system in a timely manner Architecting long term changes to the SharePoint platforms Liaising with other administrators and harmonizing solutions and processes Contribution to specifications for solutions based on SharePoint platform from systems point of view Liaising with developer teams in aligning topologies and configuration of SharePoint platforms according to the need of the project Running deployments of solutions delivered by developers Maintenance of system documentation Participate in the development of documentation for new solutions Reporting on activities Other specific duties as assigned by supervisor Proficiency with the ShareGate Migration Tool Experience deploying .sppkg files to the App Catalog Strong understanding of OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML 2.0 authentication flows Competence in managing SSL certificates and metadata exchange between the Service Provider and the Identity Provider Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL based change management, configuration management and release management processes Hands-on experience in working with Active directory tiering model Experience in working in Restricted environments Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or equivalent Active EU security clearance required from 1st day of collaboration (any level) Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, specializes in the management of complex public sector IT projects, including systems integration, informatics and analytics, solution implementation and program management.
