YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You analyse large datasets to identify trends and improve user engagement, retention, and conversion across our digital products You develop dashboards and datasets that serve as the trusted foundation for product decisions — reliable, reusable, and built for the people who act on them You track and analyse customer interactions across our digital products, ensuring data accuracy and identifying friction points and opportunities You conduct A/B testing and experimentation, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that directly influence product decisions You work closely with engineers to ensure the right data is captured on both frontend and backend, validating event tracking quality before any analysis begins You collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts across global teams to define metrics, validate assumptions, and drive continuous product improvement YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You have hands-on experience as a Digital Product or Web & App Analyst, with a focus on user behaviour analysis, funnel optimisation, and feature performance measurement — not financial reporting, supply chain, or operational BI Tools/Systems You are proficient in building dashboards in BI tools such as Looker Studio, QuickSight, Power BI and you have experience with Web & App analytics.

SQL You write SQL confidently and use it daily — extracting, transforming, and analysing data is second nature to you Data Quality & Architecture You have a solid understanding of how event data is structured, captured, and validated across frontend and backend systems, and you take ownership of tracking quality before building on top of it Soft Skills You are proactive and thrive in fast-paced environments Collaboration You work closely with global teams, including product managers, engineers, and junior analysts Language You are fluent in English to effectively communicate with international teams WHAT WE OFFER The SIXT Lisbon Experience Two of Lisbon's most exciting hubs — Factory Lisboa in Beato and ARTs Lisboa in Parque das Nações — are where you'll find your new home base.
