This role will shape how we deliver client value through AI-native ways of working, modern platforms, and next-generation digital experiences. This is a highly strategic leadership role with the potential to evolve into broader engineering leadership responsibility across the region. Establish a clear point of view on how AI transforms digital experience delivery, platform engineering, commerce, and consulting services. Create standards of excellence across engineering, business analysis, consulting, and client delivery disciplines. Foster a culture of innovation, technical depth, accountability, and continuous improvement. Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational transformation toward AI-native ways of working.
